How to make the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

The group sets the price of the tickets.  Some groups will charge $25.00 per couple, some groups charge as much as $50.00 per couple.  The groups that charge more typically will include some type of food and beverage offering for the bowlers.

Some ways to make additional $$$ with a Moonlight Bowl Fund-Raiser, besides the actual ticket sales.

-         50/50 drawings

-         Silent Auctions

-         Lane sign sale program

Revenue:

$2,700.00  ------ 102 Tickets sold at $30.00 per ticket.

(Place 3 couple per lane, so 102 couples would use 34 lanes)

$300.00  -----  50/50 Drawing profits

$2550.00 -----  Lane Sign Sale profits (sell each sign for $100.00, $25.00 to make sign)

34 signs x $75.00 = $2,550.00  Profits would be more if you can get a sign shop to donate the signs.

$1000.00 -----  Silent Auction Profits

Expenses:

$1,530.00 ------ $15.00 per ticket to pay for the bowling

Profit for the event - $5,020.00
